Floyd and Sandra were amazing! I highly recommend this course for not just future home inspectors but home owners in general. Floyd and Sandra were extremely knowledgeable and really went the extra mile to make sure everyone had a clear understanding of everything. If you're on the fence about which course to take, this is definitely the one!

Really enjoyed the class, even if my brain felt like mush at the end of every day. Floyd explained things in such a way that even someone unfamiliar with anything to do with a home could understand the modules. Now I feel comfortable and confident in my knowledge and ability to perform a home inspection when I couldn't have even told you what a soffit was before the course.

The best experience I have ever had in an classroom environment. Floyd and Sandra are two truly passionate folks in this Career field! The information they give is invaluable in regards to home inspections. But, they go further than just inspecting. They give you information that you can take and use in everyday life! I recommend these two folks to anyone that want to learn about home inspections!

Floyd and Sandra gave me so much confidence and assurance with their hands on course and extra they bring to the table! I thought that I would do the class online and feel comfortable but shortly after looking into it I became overwhelmed and started to doubt myself. Floyd and Sandra *****!!!!! WOW!!!! They have brought a passion back to my life. I came into this with a different mindset of what I thought I was going to get out of this. I have received 1000 times more. They don't only teach the course, they give you real life experiences. Today is my last day of class and I'm going to miss being in class,(first time I've ever said that) but they have given me the knowledge and confidence to go forward to pass the exam and start my new life as a great inspector. Thank you Gibbs!!!!

The modules were great with pictures but a little monotone. The ten day field training in Charlotte was fast paced and lots of great training. I feel very confident that I'll pass the NC and National test. Floyd and Sandra were very informative with lots of ways to help us remember much needed information.

I just completed the 120 online course as well as the 80 hour in person class. I am incredibly satisfied with the level of knowledge I gained from the course and the instructor. The course at first seemed pricey, however the first day I began class I knew it was worth every penny. I just completed my 72 hours of classroom instruction in MD. I had so much fun. The information was well organized and reiterated in every way for every learner type in the class. I’d be surprised if every one of my classmates did not pass the national exam after 8 days of ICA’s program under the great leadership and instruction of Floyd Gibbs!
