I had Floyd and Sandra ****s as instructors, they are amazing. You get so much knowledge and experience with those two, the hands on is incredible. I am new to this field I am now not only prepared for the state exam but confident I will pass. ICA thank you for Floyd and Sandra they don't only teach home inspection but they better peoples lives. ICA has been an all around great school. From the very first call with Joe I’ve been nothing but impressed with them. I would highly recommend taking the class with Floyd and Sandra. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a classroom. They are both highly knowledgeable and very engaging in their teaching methods. If you want to be in the best inspection class in the country, don’t hesitate to sign up.

Absolutely the best class I have ever attended. The information in the classroom is explained in practical ways. The on-site inspections really allowed me to apply what I learned in the class. Floyd and Sandra are the best. They are informative and fun. I was amazed by the love and concern for each and every member of the class. The guidance they shared has helped me plan my future path. I will be forever be in debt to them and will be at their call anytime.

I originally took this course as a stepping stone towards a future career. My mentality has completely shifted towards the industry, my role in the inspection process and my eagerness to learn as much as possible. Jim with ICA was always available to take a call from me. There were a lot of questions I needed answered and from start to finish the school has been excellent. Jim was an effective team member at helping me coordinate my education. The ICA course is by far, the best work related course I have ever taken. The knowledge that is given to you by the instructors Floyd and Sandra is vast and amazingly well researched. Everything that is required and much more is provided in a way that is easy to understand and learn. Any questions that you may have are answered well beyond than anything that is required, I cant speak highly enough of Floyd and Sandra or this course. This is the only introduction to home inspection that should be considered by anyone.

Floyd and Sandra Gibbs are absolute experts in the home inspection business and should be considered the preeminent technical experts in the field. I highly recommend their class offered through ICA for anyone interested in the space. Beyond the course basics and standard curriculum, I was thoroughly impressed with the effort and motivation they displayed every day.
