I was one of 17 individuals to be fortunate enough to take this program in Fayetteville, AR. Our instructors were Floyd and Sandra Gibbs. This is my story... After researching the training providers I chose to enroll with ICA. That proved to be the best decision I could have made! The instructors, Floyd and Sandra are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about providing the best instruction possible to the class. I feel fortunate to have been a part of this training! Floyd & Sandra are a great team!
I am certified in another state but when I took ICA's live course with Floyd ***** and Sandra ***** it opened my eyes to a whole different level. Thank you to both of you for not only your knowledge but your caring! I would take this course again under ICA and these two!
Just completed my field training class with ICA. Great classroom plus hands on in field training sessions. I did the online courses too. It was all video and well done. The office helped me get everything I needed for passing my state test and even sent digital copies of my certificates with one quick request.
Wow, I just finished the 10 day North Carolina classroom class. Floyd and Sandra really get it. I've been to multiple seminars and classroom (CPE) and they just blew them all away. They take you through every part of the process and give real world accounts to tie everything together. I only wish they taught more courses because I would sign up in a minute.
Took the class in Raleigh nc. This was the most unprofessional excuse for a class I have ever experienced. For the amount of money spent the instructor should have been more organized. In addition the instructor wanted us to trespass on a building under construction without the builders consent! After taking the state exam I felt even more disappointed in the instruction provided. I have just completed the 10 day face-to-face training in NC and felt that it was a must to mention the outstanding and impactful differences that my instructors, Floyd and Sandra G**** offered during our time together.
