This was hands down one of the best learning experiences I have ever had. I say learning experience because the word training doesnt do it justice. ***** and ****** ***** went above and beyond to make sure our class is not only ready to pass the exam, but how to actually be a true inspector. Overall, the course is packed with information and could help anyone that does not have a full understanding of items found within a residential home. ********* *** to achieve getting your 80 hrs completed along with helping you pass the state exam.

I started **** course having little to no experience or knowledge regarding contracting. *** provided detailed modules that were easy to understand. I recently attended the classroom portion taught by ***** and ****** *****. ***** and ****** took the content provided by *** and brought it to life, sharing their experience in the home inspection field. ******* method of teaching is very interactive and hands on. I have the utmost confidence that I will pass the ** state exam and go on to be a successful home inspector.

Great class !! Floyd Gibbs and Sandra are the best thing for ica and could not have asked for more knowledgeable individuals pouring out their minds with experience and scenarios that i believe give us the leg up compared to other certification sites. coming in with little knowledge in construction and not a lot of confidence will be gone by day 10 , you will leave and believe in yourself and know that you will succeed in this business with the notes and stories that make inspecting fun and exciting!!! thank you floyd and sa... read more

I took the in person course and I couldnt be happier. I can really tell that ***** and ****** are very passionate about their students and really make you feel like ,if you come to class, listen, and you have a passion about learning this industry then you can be very successful at it. Whether you have experience in the construction industry or not.

Have to start off with if you are thinking about being a home inspector you GOT to get into ***** ***** classes. His kindness, attention to detail, and sheer knowledge of his career of a master inspector with over 20yrs experience is incredible! His wife ****** who is also a class a contractor also does a lot with the class with helping with field training and really knows her stuff. You will never be bored in ******* classes.
