ICA is a great school to attend, from my first phone call i felt like i was making the right choice. The hands on classroom session with Floyd Gibbs and his wife Sandra is outstanding. They give you more then you will ever need to become an inspector. They also treat you like family from day one. The personal side that Floyd brings to class is heart warming and inspiring. He give you all of his knowledge and himself as well. ICA has one of the best person that you could want to learn this industry from. Thank you Floyd.
My experience with ICA’s training program to prepare for the state licensure exam couldn’t have been better. The trainers went the extra mile to make sure our class had all the resources we need to pass the upcoming exam, and were just all-round great people to work with. What can I say that hasn't probably said already? The office whenever I called with a question went up and beyond. I feel like they actually cared and I never felt pressured. After Action Report (ICA) First and foremost let me state that all of your employees, were professional and down to earth. Chuck Pulaski was instrumental on insuring he kept contact with me via email. Floyd and Sandra Gibbs were extremely personel and (great instructors). Great course. Great instructors. Just a great experience all the way around. I am more confident with my inspection skills than I could ever imagine. It will get better from here. Floyd not only really prepares you to pass the test, but he goes out of his way to prepare you for the real world of inspecting. The course offered by ICA and instructed by Floyd & Sandra ***** was the singularly most well taught class I’ve ever attended.
