Floyd and Sandra were absolutely amazing. They made sure you got the material as well as lighting a fire within you about this career. They made me realize it isn’t just a job it’s a great way to help people and provide a valuable service that can potentially save lives. They really cared about every one of us and the way they taught was like no way I have ever been taught before. I took so much more from this class than just the material but life lessons as well. ICA has the two best instructors for North Carolina! There training is detailed and given to you in a way everyone can fully understand. They care about there students and work with you one on one in a great class room setting that engages everyone. The field training they give with the class room is top notch. I have nothing but amazing things to say not only about this course, but especially the instructors Floyd and Sandra. The amount of care and passion they put into this course, and everyone taking it is unmatched anywhere. I signed up for this class after much research on the internet. ICA was highly thought of by everyone. I called the phone number and to my surprise it was a real human being on the other side of the line. The online training was pretty good as well (considering it was a required 120 hour online course). I am the type of person who likes to give credit where it is due. From the very beginning Floyd was full of energy, ready to teach us the ways of home inspecting. Originally I was nervous starting this course, I am a female and only have slight construction knowledge... I came into this course not fully knowing what to expect or how it would go. I’ve been in the education field as a teacher for 12 years.
