When I signed up for Floyd and Sandra *****’ field training program, I would have never expected several of the things I have left their course with. Floyd and Sandra's class has literally changed my entire life. Not only has this seated course actually prepared me for the state board exam, (I know I would fail without their tutelage) but they have also given me the skills and confidence needed to be the best at whatever I do. II graduated college at 39, passed my re broker exam at 45, and on my birthday today, I am finishing my last class with ***** and ******. Out of the 3 defining moments of my career this class ranks at the top in the sheer amount of information, confidence, and caring shown by my instructors. Great people make great educators and these two are the best I have come across in both experience and the personal attention to the future career success of their students. Best birthday ever. ***** and ****** are true assets to ICA in the way they are able to instill conviction and motivation to americas next generation of home inspectors. The style of teaching, although unconventional, is extremely effective because it allows the student to absorb the information effortlessly through human connection. After completing this program I feel prepared not only for a new career but for life itself, and for this I will be eternally great full, thank you.
Excellent class. ***** and ****** made the learning of the process easy. The whole class was able to learn the basics and so much more in such a short period of time. I would recommend this class to anyone looking to enter this career path.
