Initially i had a preconceive notion about the training. However after the first day of training and hearing ******* introduction statement i was blown away. I have heard and learned from countless instructor's, however i must say this was the most enlighten and practical instructor i have ever encountered. Just finished my field training with ICA. ***** is absolutely awesome. I was the oldest student in the class. Never in my life have I had an instructor like *****. He poured himself completely into this class. Each and every student benefitted from his expertise. No question was ignored or looked down on. His willingness to make sure each student understood what he was saying was refreshing. He truly believes in the statement, "no person left behind". He was willing to do anything for us. I cant begin to express how great *********************** and **** have been. I have never had so much information thrown at me in such a short amount of time but it was not overwhelming. The class was so much fun better than any class I have ever taken before.***** tells you that once you take his class you become part of his family and you can rely on him and the rest of your life and he does everything he possibly can to make sure you feel that way. I have taken many training classes in my life. The ** field training class was by far the best I have ever taken. The instructor ********************* and his team are inspiring and made the class fun. He hasn't just made me want to be a better home inspector but a better person. Thanks for everything.

I came into class with ***** with very little practical experience in the field and what I got was a steep but manageable learning curve. I leave class ready to do inspections. ***** divides up the time between how to pass the difficult state licensing exam in ************** interspersed with many practical examples that go well beyond the standard and give the framework for a successful career in the field. Well worth the price.

Thanks to ************************ and ****. The Field training class was awesome. The hands on teaching you get from a knowledgeable Home Inspector with 23 years experience was amazing. I have confidence that I can go out to Inspect a Residence on day one. I'm truly Blessed to have been taught the knowledge of being a Detailed Home inspector by *********************.
