***** and his team, at ICA, have been great teachers for getting me started off on the right foot as a home inspector. Without a doubt this is the best class in country for learning how to be a proper and well informed home inspector.
Training and Instructors were outstanding. After 10 days of class with ********************* I feel completely knowledgeable and confident to begin my career and pass the state exam. ICA understands the needs of the student and delivers the material with passion. I certainly recommend ICA to anyone who wishes to pursue being a home inspector.
great mentors with an amazing knowledge of the industry. Their training goes beyond the basics on so many levels. It's all about homes, people and the passion for continued knowledge. As a female stumbling on this industry I had my reservations, but I was intrigued enough to move forward with signing up for a class. I chose to go with ICA based on the previous reviews, specifically I saw a common name being mentioned through out. In attending my training, I had the opportunity to match the name with a face. The 8 day class with ***** was awesome. I learned so much information not just about home inspections but just being a home owner and what to look for in my own home to keep my family safe for a very long time. I really appreciate his style of teaching. I like his energy that he bring to class every single day. Thanks again and keep spreading your light into the world.
Coming into this class I honesty had lower expectations. But after the first few hours this became very evident this was not a case of "just any other class". Our instructor (FG) is not only an amazing Instructor but an amazing individual. He truly cares about each and every one of his students. The trainer was one of the best trainers that Ive ever had. He brought his life stories with him to better help all of us to understand why everything is important. Definitely recommend this trainer that teaches in Fayetteville and ***********. Hes straightforward too. Theres no BS with him he tells you the rough and not just the good. He treats us all like family and I will go to him in the future if I have any questions and I know he will answer any of my questions.
