I have completed the 120 online portion and the 80 hour field training course with ***** and ***********************. I was very impressed by the all the curriculum in the modules. I have an extensive construction background and still found myself learning more everyday I trained with ***** and ******. I highly recommend them as instructors, they will treat you like family and have an overwhelming passion for home inspections. After searching several sites for home inspection courses the reviews sold me on ICA. I am not one to leave reviews unless I feel the product did not do or perform as advertised. However this program has impressed me far more than even all the great reviews have noted. This class was awesome. ********************* was a very good instructor and treated everyone like his family. ***** tested all of us with respect and was very patient with the team. ***** and his team did an amazing job with the class. I have been to a lot of classes and around a lot of leaders/instructors due to many years in the fire service. In all those years, ***** is definitely one of a handful that has stood out. He is a fantastic instructor/inspector. Amazing instructions on what is needed to do a good job and great instructor
I just completed the 120hr course & the 80hr field training course.Highly recommend this training course, it covers all you need to know in great detail. Also has additional information & training for advanced training items. Only downfall is the inspection software for you to use that is included with course, is not recommended to use, due lack of details or templates that are need to help speed up home inspection process and is not user friendly.
