The on line coursework is thorough and the audio is at a pleasant tone. ICA makes the class modules very interesting. I just completed Field Study with their instructor, *****************************; ICA is vey fortunate to have him mentoring these instructional classes. He has to be the best Home Inspector out there. Highly recommended!
Im planning my retirement and wanted to do something part time to occupy my time, and make a little money. The training ********************* and team provided me through ICA was invaluable. ***** is an amazing instructor and teacher. He not only reviews the what with each student he explains the why. He gets each student to look beyond the defect to find the root cause. He made the class fun and interactive and treated each student like they were family. I have completed the 120 online portion and the 80 hour field training course with ***** and ***********************. I was very impressed by the all the curriculum in the modules. I have an extensive construction background and still found myself learning more everyday I trained with ***** and ******. After searching several sites for home inspection courses the reviews sold me on ICA. I am not one to leave reviews unless I feel the product did not do or perform as advertised. However this program has impressed me far more than even all the great reviews have noted.
