Went into the class hoping to be able to pass my home inspector test. I was unaware that I was getting much more. Knowledge and wisdom are two different things and I have gained both. Being a master home inspector is more than just the power points. Someone that can bring examples through real life experiences will get to you way more and our instructor has done such. Thanks to him I have learned the criteria I need and also how to handle every home I come in contact with and feel CONFIDENT when I leave.

Walking into the class I expected to get much less out of it. I soon realized this was more than just an informative class. This was a family, a group of people coming together for reasons other than to just pass an exam. The class builds confidence and gives you excellent tools ( of the mind) to use in the field. I truly believe I now have what it takes to pass the exam and build a strong future from what I have gained. Thank you ICA!

If I could give them six stars I would do so. Please look no further if your trying to find a home inspection school. In all my years I have never seen a team so passionate and caring for the students they teach. I was expecting drab hours of power points but what I got was far beyond my expectations. You will be engaged and they make it as entertaining as possible. Also as opposed to other schools you get to go to real houses. Instead of a warehouse environment. They give you the real. The class I signed up for will help me create my own career path. The class I recieved did that and so much more. I never expected to hear an instructor so passionate about making certain that we were ALL prepared to go out and help people, to grow ourselves and the business side will follow, to always consider that every person and every home has a story, and to wake up every morning excited to be able to provide a service that will change lives. I am going thru the 80-hour online I.C.A. **** Home Inspection Certification Program and finishing up the 40-hour classroom training, the peer review. Although I feel like I'm drinking thru a fire hose and at times overwhelmed, I am very thankful for the incredible training. My classroom Instructor (*****************************) is second to none. As a General Contractor I'm glad that I have picked ICA for this class ,because the amount of knowledge that I have gained is unbelievable. The instructors ***** his wife ****** and **** were amazing. They went over and beyond to make sure that everybody understands the material that they were teaching.

I thought after the 120 hours that this class was going to be a long 10 days of just power points and a very boring instructor. After meeting F *******, P e t e, and S *********, they completely changed my view on home inspections and what it means to truly be a great inspector, not just following the bare minimum.
