When I got started with the 120 hours of online modules I wasn't sure what I had gotten myself into. I needed something self paced that would cohere to my busy schedule. I didn't expect to learn so much from this class. I thought it was just part of process to fulfill the state requirement. But this class taught by ***** was much more than that!!!I learned all the knowledge but also had lots fun learning it. We learned not just from the power point but real life inspection stories. I believe the real inspection stories made this class so unique and interesting. I'd recommend ICA (instructor *****) to anyone who wants to take inspection *******
ICA is the way to go!!!!Let me start off by saying out of all of the courses I could've taken I am so blessed to have chosen ICA. From the moment I inquired via email and phone call I was welcomed. By far one of the best classes I have ever been to!!!!!!!! F ******* is one of the best trainers I have ever had, he makes the class so exiting! if anyone is interested in becoming a home inspector definitely take this course, they give you the tools, the knowledge and the confidence it take to perform perfectly in the field. ********* and *********** and ******* are awesome, very knowledgeable and will answer any question you have and will truly make you feel like family, i cant thank them enough for this experience!!!

This is the best program for anyone looking to be a part of the home inspection industry. Their field training program not only leaves you educated but encouraged as well. The live training course from ICA is hands-down the best learning program for home inspection. The instructor ************************* is extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled in teaching and their learning platform made understanding how to be a great inspector easy. I feel very confident about home systems and construction and I have a strong foundation for becoming a home inspector. I can't wait to take and pass the national exam!
I had ***** and ****** as my instructors for this class. I was blown away by their acute attention to detail, their love for teaching, and their ability to adopt the entire class into their family of inspectors. These two really look out for their students. They truly go so far beyond the call of duty that if there were 10 stars, I'd have given 11. If you are considering becoming a real estate inspector, I highly recommend this class.
Great course and I learned a lot from a wise man and find my confidence and know something new about home, he very educated and knowledgeable about inspecting and he also point us to where we may be lacking associated to life, Like being humble and treating others with love and care and in lead us by example. ************* and Mrs ****** treated us just like how they want us to treat others with love and care and I get to have new family and networking.
