Floyd and Sandra Gibbs are absolute experts in the home inspection business and should be considered the preeminent technical experts in the field. I highly recommend their class offered through ICA for anyone interested in the space. Beyond the course basics and standard curriculum, I was thoroughly impressed with the effort and motivation they displayed every day. They both care about their students and bring their A game every day. This was one of the best courses I have ever taken. Highly recommended. Taylor Carvajal

You can read every review listed here and get an in depth perspective on just how amazing Floyd and ICA are when it comes to home inspection training. Floyd was the best instructor I have ever had! His knowledge and style of teaching is so incredibly valuable and he made it so fun to learn. He even took us out into the field to practice on real houses, not props in the classroom. I am so happy with the education I received from ICA. I feel especially blessed to have had Floyd and Sandra ***** **my instructors. I attended the 10 day training class in Charlotte, NC. Instructors Floyd and Sandra Gibbs were so passionate about the training. They made the experience fun and filled our brains with so much information. We are all going to be prepared to pass the test. ICA has a real quality program and Floyd has great relevant stories. Best money I have spent on training.

Outstanding experience! From the help received from Joe and Chuck at ICA, their patience and courtesy in explaining the courses and inclusions with their training, to the 80 hour live training provided by Floyd and Sandra Gibbs in Charlotte, NC. I am taking the course with Floyd and Sandra in Charlotte, NC. There is a lot of information to this course along with technique of the actual inspection. I have never taken a class that has kept me so engaged start to finish. It has been a great experience from signing up with Chuck to actual classes with Floyd and Sandra. Highly recommend!

When I was contemplating about home inspection, I was not looking forward to hours and hours of boring useless lectures from a washed up contractor that knows it all but for some reason isn't doing it anymore. I would highly recommend the ICA School to anyone looking to become a home inspector. The process of signing up was very easy. I worked with Joe who was exceptional. I needed to change class dates/locations several times however he was there through the entire process and was very accommodating. Now that I am in the class with Floyd & Sandra, I love their teaching style. It is super engaging, interactive, and they have an amazing wealth of experience and passion for home inspecting that they pass on to their students. 10/10

I have been extremely impressed with the education ICA has provided. The staff is very knowledgeable, extremely courteous and have provided me with a wealth of information. They go above and beyond to ensure that you are ready to begin a career as a Home Inspector and to prep you for the state exam. I would highly recommend this training program. The trainers are there to assist, answer questions and provide one to one service.
