I was hired under Norma Colato on 10/16/17. From the beginning the experience was very unprofessional. Inova strives off of excellence and following the emplomyment manual. It states no profanity and cell phone and internet usage. She had me to train with her lead which on the first day was uncomfortable. Dr. Porter at the West Springfield urgent clinic has the BEST disposition! I went in for back muscle spasms and she told what do (my muscles are literally so tight, they're causing me pain) She instructed me to do some stretching, get a heating pad and have someone massage the main pain point, along with pain relief medication.
My father is currently a patient at INOVA Mount Vernon. I can say I have never encountered a more caring staff, from Maya Brown who greets us most days with a wonderful smile to all of the doctors, nurses and techs who have been treating him. This hospital is the example all others should follow! Please continue to shine!
I just left the Dun Loring urgent care location. Not sure if Dr. Choi was having a bad day or what... she blatantly refused to assist my teen with a pencil lead that is stuck in her leg. Your patient care, your professionalism, your customer service, your bed side manners ALL belong in the toilet!@!@! From my family IF you represent what Inova portrays as excellence YOU doctor Choi are in the wrong profession!@!@ Thanks for your ZERO assistance to my family!
I went to the doctor on July 10th. I was told that because I had not met my deductible I had to pay $155 just to be seen. I was not felling well so I didn't fight it. Well now I am regretting it. It has been 3 months and I am owed $105.77.
