I have had many positive experiences at this hospital in the past, but the injustice I have been subjected to in the past year requires speaking out. It started with a trip to the Inova Loudoun Emergency Room in April of 2016 for vertigo and nausea. We had to take my son to the Children's hospital while we were in D.C. on vacation. Everyone was so fast, friendly and efficient. Thank you so much; I wish we had something think this back home.
I went to an INOVA urgent care facility for a sinus infection and paid my $100 copay. I have insurance, so all I should be paying is the $100. I got a bill from INOVA for $86.90. I called my insurance company to straighten things out and they told me they would, and I just got another bill from INOVA for $86.90. I should only owe the $100. I don't think INOVA billed my insurance at all. I will NEVER go to INOVA again!
As is usual, Dr L Gavora and staff do an exemplary job, quick, and professional all the time. All by himself, Dr Gavora has changed how I feel (in a positive way of course) I feel about going to "the Doctor". Thanks be to all their staff.
