Horrible experience for a Kidney Transplant Patient (2 years ago same hospital) and recent aortic valve replacement. Still waiting after 4 nights for a home bed, wheelchair, home health nurse, labs, OT and PT. Case Management and Patient Relations are of no assistance; and actually hung up on me twice. Unbelievable experience this time around. We have been long time patients but something has happened with the INOVA system that is not good. Do not recommend at this time.
