The radio spot you are running about Flu Shots is DISGRACEFUL, specifically telling people not to get one where they buy their diapers.... SHAME SHAME SHAME! People should be encouraged to get one wherever they can! Unless you can show empirically that there is a significant disadvantage at getting one at a pharmacy, withdraw this awful ad.
Worst health system I've ever experienced and would not ever trust em.
Told by pre-op caller and the payment person at the time of service that the cost of my small procedure would be a certain amount. Even discussed with the pre-op caller that I had a high deductible and would be paying the full amount myself. Prepaid so that I wouldn't have to deal with it after the procedure was complete. Then 2 weeks later I get a bill for another amount almost as much of the first. Hospital claims they didn't know that my insurance would apply their claim amount to my deductible. Very poor patient service. I am new in the area. Went 10 days a go to be check out. Also came back for have my blod check. Nobody what so ever call me for tell me "ehy dude is all ok" or else. Dont even remember the name of what suppose to be my phisician. To big and to many computer and automatic voice mail record to be able to take care of people. I do not recomamd you.
I am the last to be sick in my household over the last week and waited 3 days, with the same symptoms that my other family members have, before I finally went to Innova-Manassas for possible bronchitis-feel like I'm coughing razor blades. The NP told me that she clearly sees some issues and sent me home, with no medicine and told to gargle with salt water. I was told to come back if I feel worse. Nurse or nurse assistance came to Alexandria Virginia Applebee's stole food from us. Her credit card was declined she left with food said she will be back with another form of payment. She never returned. This is a integrity issue especially coming from hospital staff which we depend you guys on our life and death !!!! Very poor judgment from Fatima Mohamed. Karma will get you back. Please people keep your belongings to yourself when you are visiting there.
