I had a door that was very old and I knew it was definitely time to look into getting a new one. Mike came out with samples and brochures that were very helpful in my decision making. He also helped us decide on a cheaper door that looked just like the more expensive one we were looking into. Mike was a lot of help and they installed my door a few weeks later. I was very pleased with the service I received.
My spring was broken and my car was stuck inside my garage, so I needed a company to come out as soon as possible. The guys came out the day I called and I was very pleased. They were very nice and got the job done fast. I recommended Innovative to my neighbors, and I would recommend them to anyone I know.

I have had Mike from Innovative Garage Door come to my house twice now - both times have been in less than 30 degree weather. He will come out in any weather - rain or shine! Anytime I have to call Mike, he fits me into his schedule within 24 hours. Both times he came out, I only needed minor repairs, so he was in and out very quickly.
