I called Innovative Door in the evening because my garage door was going up and down for no apparent reason. Even though it was short notice, Innovative Garage Door came quickly and repaired the door. This was a tremendous relief. The people were very courteous. Thank you for helping me.
We have been using Innovative Garage Door for years. They are always professional and courteous. Both my keypads were not working so I called them. They tried to troubleshoot over the phone with me but I was unable to fix the problem. They were out the same day and fixed the problem in no time. We always receive friendly service. I would highly recommend Innovative for ALL your garage door needs.
Innovative Garage Door Co. did a fantastic job replacing our old door and opener. They came out for an estimate at 10 am and were back by 3 to start the job. We were impressed from start to finish. Mike explained everything very well, there were no surprises, and the door looks fantastic!
They showed up when the said they would and accurately fixed the garage door at a reasonable price.
Mike has done work for me several times in the past 8 years in my rental homes, he is always there on time, did excellent work, and gives a fair price!

The service was impressive! After fruitless searches at Home Depot and Ace hardware for replacement parts for my garage door, Mike came to my house and delivered the parts I needed to my door! Then he looked over the door and made sure I had every part I needed to convert my door back to a standard torsion spring set up. The original Clopay door which Home Depot installed had 2 different springs in 2 different wire sizes and never operated correctly.
