IT IS GREAT TO WORK DIRECTLY WITH THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY. MY HORMANN GARAGE DOOR IS QUIET, SAFE AND HAS KEPT MY ATTACHED GARAGE WARMER THIS WINTER. INSTALLATION WAS STRESS FREE, CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL.
I called and got a quote. Set up the appointment for the following morning, but they were able to do it the same day at a time that was convenient for me. Very polite, clean and honest. Family & friends are always calling me to get advice or recommendations, I definitely would not hesitate to recommend this business. I even got a quote on some additional work that we've been putting off. We will definitely be calling them back.
I've called Innovative Door twice. In both cases, they were extremely responsive and arrived at my home within two hours. Their prices are very reasonable and the service is great. I recommended them to a friend who also had a similar experience. I'd definitely recommend them again.

I called Innovative when my garage door wouldn't close. They came in less than an hour and fixed it in the rain. The repair guy was honest - he told me it was a simple repair and charged me less than I expected. He even oiled all the moving parts so the door doesn't squeek anymore when it opens. I would use them again!
They came at the time requested,the job was done in about a hour or so,and the tech was neat.Left me with little clean up,the price for services was a little higher than some other companies but overall im satisfied
