The staff of An Innovative Garage Door responded quickly to my email inquiry regarding replacing a broken spring. Andy showed up as scheduled less than 4 hours later and replaced the spring quickly, and even checked and adjusted the speed on both my garage doors and greased the tracks. Truly professional service and above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely contract An Innovative Garage Door again.
Very accomodating, available on weekends, quality products, professional technician, fast, friendly, and explained the operation of the unit with all the accessories.
When I replaced my garage doors, I shopped around various places including Costco. Innovative gave me the best deal and the best doors that met my budget and requirement. The installation was done as scheduled and professionally. I called them 8 months after I had the doors installed to check my doors and reprogram the keypad. The torsion spring on my garage door snapped. I called Innovative on a Saturday evening and they said they could come the next day (Sunday) between 11 and 1. I was pretty shocked that they answered the phone on Saturday (no answering service answered - it was a real human being!) and I was MORE impressed that they worked on Sunday and didn't charge an extra fee for that! I have had my garage doors serviced a number of times for tune ups and the occasional repair. The folks at Innovative Garage Door provide outstanding service. They are timely and arrive when they say they will. I highly recommend them for any garage door needs.
I had a garage door emergency on a Sunday and Andy from Innovative was there in an hour. He was very thorough and meticulous. He did more than he had to do and I was so impressed. He was also friendly and forthcoming with answers to my many questions. The charges were very reasonable. We were looking for a new garage door & opener ,came into their show room and was shown several different styles. The door we wanted was in stock. So the door & opener was installed that same week.
