Mike of Innovative Garage did an excellent job in troubleshooting problems I had with my Sears garage door opener. The trouble shooting was fast and effective. In addition Mike programmed a new remote control I bought from Sears. I would strongly recommend them for fixing garage door opener problems.

We've used this company for years. They are professional, prompt, helpful and stand behind their work. The go the extra mile when making a service call to assure all components associated with the door and opener are adjusted correctly, lubricated properly and working well. While we don't have a way to compare prices, since we've only used Innovative, they seem more than fair and we have never questioned them or asked ourselves after the call if the cost of the repair or replacement was reasonable. Very quick service. They were able to fix my 20+ year old opener! When it finally stopped working they were out the same day to replace it. Very fair pricing. Very honest they will fix it if they can and only replace things if they really need to be.
It is Sunday morning and we are heading out and when I push the button to open the garage door door I hear a loud noise the spring broke. So I called Innovative garage they answered the phone and sent out Andy to help. He arrived on time and fixed the problem. All of the parts he needed were in the truck. I thought this was going to cost an arm and a leg for an emergency service call on a Sunday! They were reasonable and fair with the cost. We would definately use them again!
