Mike runs a great business. When the spring on my overhead garage door broke recently I put a call into Innovative Garage Door. The receptionist carefully recorded my problem and told me a service tech would be by that afternoon between 1-3pm. The service tech showed up on time and provided very thorough service to resolve my problem. He went above and beyond the call by completely inspecting my door, providing lubrication and a few minor adjustments.
