The room was clean but old and the carpet felt dirty. I paid less for a lot better hotel. I want go back.
Let's be honest here. This is a 3 star hotel. Nothing higher nothing less. I think people are expecting 5 star quality without wanting to pay for it. My room was decent and the staff was attentive. I had an excellent view from the 21st floor and my stay was enjoyable. I'm having a hard time understanding what the bad reviews are for.
I was visiting from Australia and stayed here with some friends in May 2016. We loved the hotel. I will be back in Chicago next April and am planning on staying here again.
This hotel was filthy and horrible .I itched the whole night .room was creepy and dirty .the only thing we enjoyed was the roof top ..but rooms are small ,filthy ,and cheezy.needs to be updated .ilk never stay there again..

I really had a good experience in the hotel. I missed my Flight and arrived at 830 pm the reception girl I hope I can know her name was really kind and nice when she realized was my bday and she gave as a nice room and also she personally went to our my room with a bottle � of wine and she said for the birthday girl. I mean I don't know what all the negative reviews are about. We just spent 4 days there and the hotel was mostly great. PERFECT location. Dunkin Donuts an 7eleven right across the street is super convenient. Its central to everything. You can walk to all the major attractions from there. Our room was clean and our beds were comfy. The bathroom was smaller but totally sufficient (although my 1 complaint is that the mirror in the bathroom seriously needed to be replaced). The only thing like the pictures are the lobby and terrace. Rooms are tiny, elevators are tiny, no water pressure at all for taking a shower and it took at least 10 min until the water got warm... also had to go to front desk twice to get my room key fixed because it wouldn't work. If ever in the area again I would rather sleep in my car..
Over priced for one. Hallways were dirty. Carpeting looks like it is ready to walk on it's own. Rooms were dingey. Not at all what I would expect for a 450dollar room. Will not return!
