Here now in 2nd room first had no air, a stranger was given a key to our room and came in, no wash rags and a dirty bandaid in the bathtub, no help on calling the front desk terrible service won’t stay here again!

We stayed there for one night. Everything was good. The staff was very nice. Hotel was ok. Rooftop is beautiful!!! Good for the money you pay. EXCELLENT location. The only problem we had was the boiler went out the morning we left, so no hot water. We were not happy, but it was not the hotels fault. The manager Al was great at handling the 100s if complaints coming in! And I was reimbursed accordingly. I would go back for the price and location!

We arrived in the evening and stayed for 3 nights on the 8.floor. The welcome was terribly unkind. The reception seems clean and new. The room was awfull, noisy, musty, old..., the Ac sounded so loud.... The fitness is like a dark torture chamber. Much too expensive for this non-recommandable place. The only really positive thing is the position. The parting was quiet friendly...., and for us a relief. The best on this place is the LAVAZZA coffee shop. Ps : Chicago is a damn beautiful windy city

This hotel is very outdated and in need of repair. The price and availability is what grabbed our attention as we were in need of a accommodation right away. The door handle to our room kept falling off, beds were terrible, a/c was not able to keep up and when we requested extras-it took 3 or 4 calls to remind them we were still waiting. On a plus, we were able to check in way earlier than originally planned, the guest services gals were pleasant and me deposit was refunded within 2 days of leaving. All in all-If you are loo... read more
