The lobby is bright, clean and sophisticated. Our room on the 18th floor was immaculate. The bathroom has obviously just been redone. Luciana, the hotel maid on our floor went out her way to make sure our room was serviced while we were at breakfast. The room furniture is a mix of traditional and modern, but comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. The entire staff were friendly and professional. The parking is expensive, but available which is not always available at a downtown hotel.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. Everything was outdated. There was a hole in the wall in our room. The mirror in the bathroom was so nasty you couldn’t even see yourself in it. The elevators were so tiny three people could barely fit. Also, I left a purse in the dresser drawer and the staff claims they didn’t find it. The lobby was nice but this hotel desperately needs an update and some honest staff members.

Really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, beds very comfortable and the shower was amazing! We will definitely be returning, for the value, we were pleasantly surprised.
Nothing like a midnight hotel change in downtown Chicago...by the way the inn of Chicago does not clean their rooms well or maintain the building in the slightest...nothing like going to lay down to bed at 11:30 to find someone else hair in the bed and stains in the carpet...I’ve seen $29.99 motels on the side of the highway cleaner then this place
Rooms are great, hotel is in a great location for shopping, movies, dining and entertainment . Staff is super friendly and accommodating 😊

I got to stay this last weekend over night with friends. The staff was very nice and helpful. We thought the hotel was clean and comfortable. It was in a very good location for shopping and sight seeing. We thought it was a good deal for the price. Someone commented that the elevator was so small, there are three of them. We fit five people with luggage on one elevator and had enough room.
