Room was in desperate need of repairs. There was cracking plaster, and outlets that were extremely overloaded. Staff was unfriendly over the phone when calling about a post stay question. Will also charge you a $50 deposit then make you wait two weeks to get it back.
Rooms are disgusting and outdated. Front desk employees are not friendly to the other hotels in the area, you can do better elsewhere. Inn of Chicago, don't hit me up. I have no intentions returning.
The workers at front desk were extremely rude. It seemed like an impossible task for them to answer questions. That it’s close to Michigan Ave.
I enjoyed my stay! My bedroom is very cozy and clean. Shoutout to Josephine and George who were very helpful upon check in and so does Bob and Mark for booking my cab for the airport. Their location is very convenient and walkable everywhere. I definitely recommend this place. I shall return 😊
Fantastic staff and location perfect
I've heard from a recent guest that there quality of the rooms was such that it warranted complaint. The guest friend said that due to the poor quality of the Inn, he was not surprised to discover employee competes with an actual protest because they have no health insurance it retirement. I wonder who owns this place...I'm pretty sure that Valerie Jarret is a seasoned pro at slum lording so..maybe...
Nice area, nice price and nice people.
