Way outdated rooms, bathrooms, hallways. People at front desk were rude.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, location was great, and the price couldn’t be beat. However, the hotel is a little rundown, and the cleanliness wasn’t the best. (We stayed about 5 mins in our first room due to a dirty (bloody) spot on the bathroom wall. (The staff was very helpful and switched our rooms immediately.)

The location is one of the best you can get. The parking garage is sooo narrow. It’s not the most luxourius hotel, so if that’s what you’re looking for, this isn’t it. Needs new beds, the bathroom mirror on 422 (and other rooms from the other reviews I seen) could be fixed or the room needs different mirror. But if you’re looking for a really good price in the absolute best area, I highly recommend it. The customer service is also very friendly.

The manager was very rude and said our room was ready when it wasn’t. We waited for an hour to be told our room still wasn’t ready. The bathroom was old with chipped paint around the sink and the air conditioner dropped onto my suitcase.

And mind you it’s about 90 degrees+ outside, So we went to the front desk to inform them, they then changed our room. Great- well, this room was on the 22nd floor. The chair was stained along with the floor, the mattress was uncomfortable and dirty and the pillows were awful. I canceled with another hotel to stay at this one because it seemed better, it I was wrong. This has been the worst stay. I want m... read more

I only wish I could give 0 stars. Old, dilapidated, AC unti stopped working and I had to ask twice to have it fixed. Then I had to ask to have the filter put back in a second time. NOT worth the money.
