Stayed August 12-13. Room was clean and staff was very nice. I would stay again in a heart beat!
It was okay for the price and the location. The lobby looks a lot better than the rooms. However the service was decent.
A terrific stay, so centrally located, we had a great time and will be back!
The location was great. Clean & spacious room. Relaxing nightly on the terrace was an extra perk. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Gave us perfect directions to catch bus to zoo. The late check out and ability to leave our luggage in their care (late flight) was great. Thank you for your hospitality!
I had decent customer service, but the room was a bit dingey. The bed was comfy, it's just that the rooms need redone.
Dirty rooms and sketchy ambiance. Noticed hairballs and clothing tags on the carpet in my room upon arrival. Photos on the website are misleading. Gym is atrocious. Ugh
It is a very dirty hotel, was extremely dissatisfied, the rooms are small the king sized bed is a queen with a king back board, bathrooms are very tiny, linens were nasty looking , hallways were filthy, location was great but will never go back.
Gross, old and dirty. Staff was pleasant but that was it. Carpet stained, paint peeling, the shower/ bathtub had chunks missing on the bottom.
BEDBUGS!! We spent one night at Inn of Chicago and we had a bad night due to bedbugs bites, additional we found someone else sock on the floor. When we did check out, we told that to the personnel and we just received an apology.
