We stayed in this lovely hotel last week, the staff are very happy to help, very nice, always cleaning the lobby because of the weather outside. Definitely stay here again as its right in the heart of the city, close to everything we needed. Loved it.

The front desk of your hotel is absolutely terrible. I asked a simple question about parking and was put in hold for quite some time. My husband called and the "manager" George told my husband to hurry up. And then argued with him. We no longer will be staying there for our anniversary and we are disputing with groupon and our credit card company to make sure you don't get a dime of our money. I'm in the service industry and rarely complain. Terrible.
