Megan was wonderful! Best teeth cleaning experience to date. She explained her process every step of the way. It definitely helped to calm my nerves.
Hygienist was very mild mannered almost belying her competency. I was very relaxed as she worked. She was very present to me and sensitive, responding to what I needed without my having to ask. I have no reason to think the other hygienists are any less so given the very professional environment. Communication is a strong point with them, both between staff and patient and among staff. Everyone was really nice and friendly. Ginny explained everything very well and so did Dr Emily. The only complaint I have is that someone should have told me the fluoride was extra, just would have been nice to know. Thanks again, Jenny
Great service, professional, thorough & friendly!
This was my first visit to the practice after moving to the area. They have flexible hours, friendly staff and I appreciate that they explained the process. I don't think I've ever left a dentist appointment with my mouth feeling that clean. My only suggestion is letting a first timer know how long the first appointment is. I had a 7am appointment and didn't leave until close to 9am and was a bit late to work.
I've never been let down by Westend Dental. They always get me in promptly and everyone is so nice. My hygenist, Tracy, was awesome. Gentle enough so my gums didn't feel beat up, but strong enough where I knew my teeth were getting a good clean. I have always hated going to the dentist but Westend Dental makes it easy!
