Staff was so kind. They went above and beyond to make you comfortable. I had a great experience and I'm actually looking forward to going back to the dentist.
Before I found West End Dental, I tried out a lot of dentists because of their first-time patient specials. I always found myself suspicious of them because the procedures they'd say I needed conflicted with my other visits. However, when I visited West End, I found myself trusting them because they walked me through everything they were doing and explained my options. Every visit reminds me of why I trust this office implicitly. Their entire staff is so professional and organized and the equipment is state of the art. They recommend products and procedures without being pushy - I appreciate that. The office itself is gorgeous and clean. From check in to check out, the visit is seamless. I highly recommend this office.
Friendly, helpful staff. Great office space. Nice perk having the headphones for watching TV during the cleaning. Great to have the "new patient welcome bag" and freebies. All around a great experience!
The hygenists, dentists, and secretarys are so nice and caring. Offer payment plan options for those without insurance. Very clean and updated office with new technology. Dr. Zander and his hygenist are wonderful

Dr. Fiore and his staff excel at being both professional and caring. At each appointment you are greeted kindly, everything is carefully explained, and you are made to feel comfortable whether you're there for a simple teeth cleaning or a more involved dental procedure. I just came back from having a filling done and at every step of the way I felt completely comfortable!
