I had a great experience at West End Dental. Everyone was very kind and patient with me. Going in, I was scared as I had not been to the dentist in many years. I felt relaxed while I was there and that I'll be in good hands moving forward.
Amy has been my dental hygienist for ages, and she makes my dental visits go smoothly and quickly. As an anxious dental patient, feel so much gratitude for Amy, Dr. Fiore, and the rest of the Westend Dental team for doing everything in their power to put me at east. No waiting, very friendly, they do a great job, what else can you ask for???
The appt was on time and everything was explained as we went along. I have some sensitivity issues so the hygienist was able to numb the area with topical before the cleaning. I have never had a bad experience at West End Dental.
I just had my first visit with Westend Dental today and it was very pleasant! They provide you with drinks and snacks while you wait and they are very attentive. I have braces so I didn't have any X-rays done, but they just took some simple photos of each of my teeth and I had a cleaning. They were very gentle and thorough. They are very thoughtful and are genuinely interested in learning about their patients and helping them with their unique dental needs. I highly recommend!!
the exam and cleaning are always cutting edge, up to the minute technology. the technician did a thorough cleaning and was aggressive enough to clean well without any discomfort. excellent job. i had a concern about one of my teeth and the doc looked at it and had a solution right away that was reasonable and quick.
As always the team at West End Dental is friendly, professional, and caring. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Fiore and his team since the late 90's and they are great.
I'm so impressed with all of the operational efficiencies and professional touches you have in place -- for example, having the technician alert the dentist that she's ready for a dental exam as she's completing her cleaning; having the technician alert the front-of-house staff when I'm done; having the TV on for me when I enter; refreshments in the waiting room. This all adds up to a very professional, organized experience for me.
