First visit. I was very impressed with the customer service and the explanation of service. This included tips for future dental care, future potential problems, and problems in the near future. Everyone I met was very courteous and welcoming.
Excellent customer service and supreme care from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. Dr. Zander takes the intimidation factor out of dentistry and communicates all the way through your procedure, is patient and thoughtful, Michelle takes away the fear with fabulous chairside manner and puts you at ease immediately. Amy was great - gentle, friendly and professional. We had great rapport by the end of my visit and this was only my first time having her as my hygienist.
As an adult I still have a very hard time sitting through any dental procedure, even a cleaning. I am still new to Westend Dental but I appreciate the creature comforts they try to provide to ease what I would normally consider torture (a dentist appointment). I found my dentist to be communicative and sensitive to my lack of enthusiasm for his profession. I have actually been going to Westend Dental for over 10 years and have stayed with them for so long because the staff is amazing. They are helpful, friendly, accommodating, and make the dentist a pleasant place to visit.
