Woke up with some dental pain, and was very stressed out about it. I have somewhat recently moved to Chicago and had yet to establish a a dentist. I called and the receptionist was very nice and friendly, she was able to fit me in later that day. Upon arrival they asked how I was doing and gave me a welcome bag, and offered some refreshments. I literally just moved to Chicago from Ohio, and my front tooth chipped during the move - of course! Finding a dentist - let alone a great one - while in the chaos of boxes was totally horrifying to me. I was recommended West End Dental from a co-worker and was not let down. The professionalism and communication from every employee in the office was fantastic. This is a first class organization and I will be back for sure!

I decided to try this dental office because of a groupon offering. Let's start with the positive fact that they let me extend the groupon by two days, saving me from moving around my own work schedule. The support staff was welcoming and professional, the dentist outstanding...all with no wait. I also want to say that, unlike some of the comments Yelp, there was no pressure to "up sell" and no billing problems. This will be my new dental office going forward.

I am happy to recommend West End Dental for all the staff. My one request would be to have a way for those of us without Dental Insurance to have reduced rates (in keeping with the reduced rates that the insurance companies have through their bargaining power).
