On time. They listen well. Great cleaning and coaching
But of a long wait due to an emergence it was a very good experience overhaul.
Everyone was very professional.
I have been in for two cleanings and had a crown placed at Westend Dental. I came in as a ball of anxiety from a previous bad experience at a different practice, but everyone at Westend made me feel calm and welcomed. I never felt judged, hurried, or belittled. While I will never say that I'm excited to go to the dentist (not many people would), at least with this practice I really look forward to seeing the staff again on my visits.

West End has consistently been the best dentist experience I've ever had across many states and cities. Consistently on time, well organized, and provide convenient hours. My wife and I share the same hygienist (Megan P.) and she always provides a friendly, thorough and pain free experience! I would recommend West End and Megan P. in particular to anyone seeking a 5 star dentist experience!
First class service and they want only what is best financially as well as oraly for the customer
