Great service, friendly, thorough
On vacation and my gum felt inflamed. West End got me in promptly upon my return. Thank you. Dr. Zander and his staff are top shelf professional, courteous, and do outstanding work. The office environment is very relaxing and soothing. Turns out I needed a crown. It's sucks getting old..I will admit however that at just shy of $2,000 I was a bit shocked at the cost for this crown. Following vacation I am really hoping my FSA has this covered.
In June of 2014 my 9 year old son dove for a ball at Lake Shore Athletic Club and chipped his two front teeth. My wife called our existing dental company (not West End) and they couldn't fit him in that day. My wife then called West End (we were West End customers from 1995-2004 but switched for more location convenient dental office). West End immediately took my son. I will admit, I wasn't looking forward to this appointment. I hadn't seen the dentist in more than a year and was bracing myself for a lecture and a beating.. :). My experience was absolutely delightful. The front office staff was cheery and helpful. My hygienist, Kelly, numbed my gums a little so the sensitivity wouldn't put me over the edge and gave me the best cleaning I've ever had. Dr. Vanney was straightforward about what I needed, and we planned a path forward. I'm looking forward to my next appointment!
Everyone is very courteous, professional and they have always been very accommodating. They gave me an appointment on short notice for the doctor to check a problem. They are pretty much on time, too!

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable and the environment was clean and welcoming.
Just had Dr. Zander replace an old filling and the procedure went very well. I had no pain or discomfort during or after. The television with headphones is a nice touch as well to keep the patient's mind off of work that is being done.
EVERYONE was wonderful! Receptionist was very welcoming and provided a nice gift bag with swag and details about the office. Dental assistant was very thorough and I never felt rushed. Dental hygienist explained every procedure in detail which made you feel relaxed. Dentist was great and discussed current exam and future needs / next steps thoroughly. Highly recommended!
