I’ve always wanted to try kickboxing and I’m so glad I did! Their classes are high energy and all the exercises are modifiable bases on your abilities! Will definitely keep coming back!
The instructors are amazing, and the workout is the correct amount of "Tough". And just when you think you're out of gas, they're right behind you pushing you to finish strong. Best decision I made to try and get back into shape. Was to go here, I know I'll stick with it. I usually try things for a while and get tired/bored. Not this place though. Can't wait to reach my goals.
ILoveKickboxing is awesome! It’s a fun and intense workout. Each class is different so I never get bored. The instructors are super helpful and nice too!
Absolutely loved my experience at I Love Kickboxing! I learned a whole new side to my athleticism. The 3 classes for $20 was such a great opportunity being a college student. Thank you to the staff for being so fun and supportive.

I have been a member for a bit over a month and I absolutely LOVE my results! I've already lost 5 pounds but most importantly I can FEEL the difference in my body; I have more muscle, better balace, and feel STRONG. The instructors are FANTASTIC and the whole vibe of the gym is comfortable. This has been a game changer in my life!!
