RecommendedThe atmosphere is like no other , great music and moves , the staff is super attentive and helpful and the whole body release you get from the kick boxing keeps you coming back for more ! I highly recommend any parent wanting that extra time with their teenager in today’s times to get to class with them . You won’t regret it !

I’m very disappointed. I couldn’t even get in the door! I have a very specific schedule due to work and child care. I booked online after calling yesterday to confirm the schedule availability. The web site instructs a call to set up initial class times. Which I did immediately after booking online. I left a message saying I was only able to schedule the intro class for Saturday. RecommendedI did the three day trial that comes with a pair of free gloves for $19.99 and it was the best decision I ever made. I signed up for a membership after my first class! I absolutely love it, the friendly staff, the atmosphere and the awesome workouts that turn you into a sweat monster. I've been a member for almost 2 months now and I can see and feel the difference!
