Fantastic, fun way to work out. I never enjoyed the gym because it was so boring. The instructors at ILKB are so motivating and fun. I've never sweat so much in my life. Even when I'm sore, I still look forward to going. I wish I had found it sooner!

Money well spent! I never write reviews but for anyone who is on the fence about signing up for kickboxing, don't hesitate for another moment! It's the best workout ever. I've only been to a few classes but I'm already hooked! The hour class flies by. Everyone there is friendly and more than willing to help. I already notice more energy and can't wait to start seeing results! Do it. You won't be disappointed if you are looking to get in shape.
