Absolutely disgraceful, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
I took a class not too long ago and it was incredible! The workout was fantastic and the staff was absolutely wonderful! They were courteous, energetic, and incredibly encouraging through the whole class. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
The instructors are awesome and very helpful. I never feel self conscious walking into the studio and you are always guaranteed to have a great workout.
Just wanted to share my experience with ILoveKickboxing in Fairport, NY. I signed up with their promo for 3 Kickboxing classes w/ a free pair of gloves on 6/19/18. I called to schedule my first class with a girl I believe her name was Samantha. She scheduled my class for 6/26/18 @ 745PM. On 6/25/18, I get an extremely unprofessional voicemail from Sam saying that he had a mouth full of food and hung up. They don’t care for new clients nor will they try to accommodate you for errors that are their fault.
Mistreated a dear friend and took no accountability. I also over heard the conversation and it was highly unprofessional.
