I was timid about going, let alone joining. I'm a very shy person, and I honestly wouldn't have been caught dead doing a group work out class (Literally my worst nightmare) but I'm glad I took the leap. I was so welcomed that I even opened up to a fellow newbie. Work out is intense and really gave me everything I was looking for all around. I mean, we can punch and kick a bag for 40 minutes what's not to love? Claire I believe is her name is awesome.
ilobekickboxing is a great place to go everyday. Everyone there is so friendly and awesome and everyday you will feel welcome!! its an amazing workout!!!
Instructors are great. Workout is awesome. Love that you can work At your own pace. Works all your muscles and cardio in a fun hour workout. Workout times fit into any schedule
I had my first class last night and it was beyond awesome!!! Employees teaching the class made me feel like I fit right in!! So warm and welcoming and encouraging! Very motivating environment!!! I'm so glad I joined. I finally have something I am excited for and can't wait for the next class!!! Can't wait to see what my personal results will be in the near future!!! Here's to a new happy me!!!!
Absolutely loved it..first time experiencing an actual kickboxing class. I have trained in martial arts and workout regularly...this right here was the truth...body was on fire...this really test your endurance, balance, & strength. I love the combination. Sydney and Claire rocked the class out! Can't wait for my next session.
ilovekickboxing is finally a workout that I am excited for each and every time I attend one of the classes. The instructors are extremely motivating. There is no judgement. Everyone is super friendly. The gym is clean. It is a fun and energetic place to me. I really feel like I am getting a lot out of my workouts, and could not be happier that I joined!
