This was my 1st experience with kickboxing I was very nervous & hesitant..but walking thru the door those feelings faded! Such a great group of members & both instructors were so helpful!! I {truly}lkb. ���
I absolutely love this place. The instructors are so motivating and friendly as soon as you walk in the door. They genuinely care about you getting maximum results and give feedback on how to improve during the work out. I never got good results going to a regular gym because it was boring and I wasn't able to get motivated. I actually look forward to working out now and the instructors help motivate me. It is like therapy you relieve stress, get a great work out, and have a ton of fun. I highly recommend them to everyone!
Absolutely awesome place! I fell in love the moment I walked in the door! This brand new facility is beautiful and so clean! The staff are all super friendly and personable, learning everyones name and even reaching out to you if you missed a few classes. They also push you to go at your own level/pace and remind you to stay focused on your goals. And the members are all kind and helpful to each other and new comers. This place is just simply amazing. I was skeptical about going at first, but I took a leap of faith and tried it for the first time lastnight and absolutely LOVED it! The instructors are amazing and the environment is so motivating it is unreal. I will be signing up for a membership when I go to my next class.
Signing up for ILK Fairport, was such a good decision! The staff was very energetic, fun and awesome instructors! Sam was really helpful during the class on making sure I was doing the positions right! I definitely had a lot of fun and got a good workout! I am looking forward to my next class!
I've been going to ILKB for a few weeks now and I have NEVER sweat like this during a workout in my life! It's the absolute best��
This place is amazing the staff is very helpful and the facility is very clean. Was worth the wait that's for sure!!!
