This place is AMAZING and the results are REAL! The high energy instructors make working out and sweating fun! The one hour workout starts your heart racing right from the beginning, but being able to workout at your own speed makes it personal to your own goals :) Friendships are made, calories are burned, and you walk away feeling so empowered!!
This class was AMAZING!! Kicked my ***! The class was a mix of type of workout in one!! Instructors kept me motivated and encouraged!! Definitely going back!����!!

ILoveKickboxing in Fairport NY has been a fantastic addition to my fitness routine! It's a great workout for all skill levels and you can quickly see improvements; which keeps you coming back! The staff is welcoming and helpful. I'm so glad I tried it out & became a part of the ILKB family!
Expect to get your butt kicked by the 15 mins warm up! The instructors are incredibly friendly and energetic. I enjoy that there's more than one instructor on the mat; who walk around and offering feedback. The studio is super clean, there's a water fountain and the women bathroom has hair ties and hygiene products. Overall it's a fun work out, I love that the the workout is based on your own personal fitness level and the instructors offer suggestions on how to modify your workout for high or lower impact.
Took my very first class last night after much anticipation! All i can say is that the instructors are awesome. The class was both challenging,fun and worth every minute! What a fun way to sweat it out! I am already addicted and can't wait to go back!
