This place is so amazing - you get an incredible workout and the instructors actually care about you and how you're doing. The hour flies by and everyone is so supportive and helpful. One of the best decisions I've made is signing up as a member! Cant wait to see how I progress!
I absolutely love the energy in this place! It's an experience like no other. If you are looking for an intense, full body workout that will never bore you -- then this is where you need to be! The instructors are fantastic, upbeat and super helpful. I had two incredible workouts so far and I. AM. HOOKED.
I have struggled finding the right workout method for me. Trust me, I have tried them all. This is it. The instructors are extremely professional and supportive. The people in the class are so motivating. I love it and would recommend it to anyone looking for help on their journey to fitness.

This place is awesome! The staff is so energetic and nice! Each instructor is professional and knows what they are doing! They teach you step by step each punch and kick so you do not hurt yourself. They are very motivating so you can push yourself, but still have a blast! If you have not checked them out yet, I highly recommend you do so!
