ILKB and the instructors are awesome. They always keep it fun, while teaching proper technique and giving you a killer workout. I look forward to going to class everyday and feel great when I walk out.
I absolutely love the classes so far and the instructors are fabulous. Claire took her time to focus on my friend and I during our first class and really made sure we were comfortable. Everyone is so encouraging and supportive. It's a fun and judgment free atmosphere. Amazing work out �.

iLoveKickboxing has been a gamechanger for me in my fitness journey. Since I joined 6 months ago I have lost 25 pounds, went from a size 12 to a size 8, and am loving the energy I get from a workout that leaves me dripping in sweat. It's definitely the instructors and the atmosphere that make me look forward to working out every time. What I love the most is that everyone is made to feel welcome, no matter your fitness level.
I am 61 years old...I know the gym is not for me...I could not do a sit up, push up and definitely a plank when I started. I can now do the first two, maybe not as fast as others and today I was able to do a full extended plank (twice) to the count of five. The staff is great to work with, never a put down and always willing to help. Alternative methods are always possible. Gym is clean and neat. You should give it a try!
