This place can hardly pass as a kickboxing. Instructors don’t know what they are doing. Classes are hard to follow. Manager does not know how to manage her staff. A female instructor could be heard complaining about her manager after class instead of interacting with members. Take your business to TIDAL it’s a MUCH better experience.

Amazing experience and an amazing class! I took my first 6am class last Tuesday w Sam and she was amazing! Not only is she a great friend of mine, but an awesome instructor ! Felt great all day after that! Loved the class so much I became a member right away!
