On a trip to Florence, Italy in 1983, Il Giardino founder Tony Gargiulo saw a wood burning oven and knew it would be the centerpiece for the soon-to-open restaurant. The first in Virginia, our oven serves up fresh focaccia bread and pizza to order. All of our delicious menu items are prepared with the freshest and highest quality ingredients we can find. the food is extraordinary, the service impeccable. mussels in a jalopeno red sauce were amazing, as was the frutti de mare. Highly reccomended
A luxurious experience you don’t have to dress up for. The perfect place to go big and treat yourself to lobster or a veal chop.
A true pleasure for food, atmosphere and great service that is a bit rare in the area and authentic to Italian delightfulness!!
