In and out in 69 minutes to buy a kids bed and look around a bit. Everything was fine and the lines moved fast and were friendly, though it is a very busy weekend. I personally like the old one level store, but this is how our European IKEAS are, too so it was time to modernize it a bit I guess. It's very nicely done. I did not need customer service this time so I can't rate that.
A little "nuts" but very good experience! A long wait at the restaurant, but the food was good and as always very reasonable. The eating areas were turned over often but kept clean. The showroom is a delight; it's not like shopping anywhere else.
Not ADA friendly, parking is a disaster since the remodel, inside route is more crowded than ever, and finding someone to get you a wheelchair is impossible - I had to find where they were hiding them myself.
Asher, an employee was Awesome!!!! Every other employee ditched helping us, but Asher was a fantastic help!
